Blstr – Online Inventory Management App

Unplugged Games LLC (“Unplugged Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the Blstr online inventory management application (“Blstr” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the information of our customers (store owners, vendors, and their authorized users) when they use Blstr.

This Policy applies to the Blstr web and mobile applications and any related services. By using Blstr, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account and Business Information

  • Business name, address, owner/contact name, email address, and phone number
  • Shopify store URL, API credentials, and authentication tokens (used solely to connect and manage your store)
  • Login credentials: email and password (we store hashed passwords)
  • Google account information when you choose Google authentication (we receive your Google email, name, and unique Google user ID; we do not receive your Google password)
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details)

Inventory and Product Data

  • Trading card game inventory you upload or sync (card names, conditions, quantities, prices, images, SKUs, etc.)
  • Collection and catalog data managed through Blstr

Usage and Technical Data

  • IP address, device type, browser information, operating system
  • App usage logs, feature interactions, error reports, and analytics data
  • Timestamps of actions (listing, updating inventory, syncing with Shopify, etc.)

Communications

  • Support tickets, emails, chat messages, and feedback you send to us

We do not collect or store personal information about your end customers. Blstr is strictly a business tool for store owners and their staff.

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you create an account, sign in with email/password or Google, connect a Shopify store, upload inventory, or contact support
  • Automatically through the App (cookies, server logs, analytics tools)
  • From Shopify via API when you authorize the connection
  • From Stripe for billing and payment processing
  • From Google when you authenticate using their service

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Blstr (inventory management, Shopify synchronization, trading features)
  • Authenticate and secure your account (including email/password and Google sign-in)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
  • Communicate with you about the service, updates, support, and important notices
  • Analyze usage trends and enhance the App
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal or business data.

We may share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service Providers: With trusted partners such as Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), hosting providers, analytics services, and customer support tools. These parties are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Shopify: Limited data is shared with Shopify as necessary for the integration you authorize.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
  • With Your Consent: In any other situation where you explicitly approve.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest where appropriate
  • Secure password hashing
  • Token-based authentication for Google and Shopify integrations
  • Strict access controls

However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your Blstr password and account credentials confidential.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (subject to any legitimate business or legal retention requirements).

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location (e.g., California, EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity before processing your request.

You can also manage many settings directly in the Blstr app (e.g., disconnect Shopify stores, revoke Google authentication, delete inventory data).

8. International Users

Blstr is operated from the United States. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using Blstr, you consent to this transfer.

9. Children’s Privacy

Blstr is a business service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). If we discover we have done so, we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Policy in the App with a new effective date. Your continued use of Blstr after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
